PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED GRANTS ADMINISTRATION POLICY for
and The CALIFORNIA STEM CELL RESEARCH AND CURES ACT |
OPEN SESSION FOR PUBLIC COMMENTMembers of the Public will be invited to provide testimony regarding the proposed Grants Administration Policy for For-Profit Organizations, California Code of Regulations, Title 17, Division 4, Chapter 5, Section 100501. The Public Hearing will be administered according to Government Code section 11346.8. A CIRM representative will preside at the hearing. If the number of registered persons in attendance warrants, the hearing officer may limit the time for each presentation in order to allow everyone wishing to speak the opportunity to be heard. Oral comments presented at a hearing carry no more weight than written comments. |
