- Consideration of CIRM’s response to NIH draft guidelines during 30-day public comment period.
• CIRM Draft Response to NIH Draft Guidelines — UPDATED FOLLOWING 5/12/09 ICOC TELECONFERENCE
- Consideration of CIRM’s statement of principles relating to federal biosimilar legislation (HR 1427 and 1548).
- Public comment. The Committee will accept public testimony on any matter under its jurisdiction that is not on the agenda, but the Committee cannot act on any such matter at this meeting.
