  2. Consideration of Adoption of Regulation 100502, Definition of “California Supplier.”

  1. Chairman’s Report.
  2. President’s Report, including but not limited to, updates on operating budget and research funding budget.
  3. Presentation on California budget status and impact on CIRM funding.
  4. Case study of BANs and Potential for Private Placement of Bonds for 2008-09 & 2009-10 fiscal year CIRM budget.

DISCUSSION ITEMS

  15. Public comment. The Committee will accept public testimony on any matter under its jurisdiction that is not on the agenda, but the Committee cannot act on any such matter at this meeting.
