  4. Consideration of process, objectives, and criteria for selection of presidential candidates, including scientific research and lab accommodations, if any.

CLOSED SESSION

  1. Personnel: Search for President of the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (Government Code section 11126, subdivision (a); Health & Safety Code section 125290.30(d) (3) (D)).
 

OPEN SESSION

 

  1. Public report, if necessary, of any action taken during closed session.
  2. Potential continuation of consideration of Agenda Item 4.
  3. Adjournment
