3. Consideration of AB 1931 (Torrico)/ extension of Roman Reed Roman Reed Spinal Cord Injury Research Act of 1999.
4. Consideration of AB 1733 (Hill) – Director of California Biotechnology Retention and Recruitment.
5. Discussion of federal health care legislation as passed and amended, and implications for the CIRM.
6. Public comment.
