Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Stem Cell Research – Ophir Klein, UCSF

In his presentation to CIRM’s governing Board, Dr. Ophir Klein, a CIRM grantee and UCSF researcher, detailed his lab’s work to understand how stem cells regulate the healing of the intestine and to eventually find cures for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
