Our Governing Board
The California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) is governed by the Independent Citizens’ Oversight Committee (ICOC), comprised of up to 35 dedicated California-based patient advocates, nurses, research leaders, and biotechnology industry leaders.
