  2. Consideration of Adoption of Regulation 100502, Definition of “California Supplier.”

  1. Chairman’s Report.
  2. President’s Report, including but not limited to, updates on operating budget and research funding budget.
  3. Presentation on California budget status and impact on CIRM funding.

 13. a. Discussion of confidential intellectual property or work product and prepublication, confidential scientific research or data relating to Bridges to Stem Cell Research, Training Grant II, and Tools and Technology applications. (Health & Safety Code 125290.30(d) (3) (B) and (C)).

  14. Public report of any action taken, if necessary, during closed session.

 

DISCUSSION ITEMS
  15. Public comment. The Committee will accept public testimony on any matter under its jurisdiction that is not on the agenda, but the Committee cannot act on any such matter at this meeting.
