  2. Roll Call.

    [Members of the Public will be invited to provide testimony before or during consideration of each agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.]

  3. Consideration of policies and implementation plan/processes for CIRM loan program.
       a.Concept Plan for Request for Proposals for Delegated Underwriters
       b. Draft Interim CIRM Loan Administration Policy for For-Profit Organizations
  4. Consideration of Loan Advance Program for approval of grants and loans.
  5. Consideration of California requests to the US Presidential Transition team for CIRM programs and for general biotech community financial support programs.
  6. Public Comment.
  7. Adjournment.
