5. Public Comment. Members of the public will be invited to provide testimony. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.

6. Review of Major Facilities Grant Program applications submitted in response to RFA 07-03.

Meetings of the Grants Review Working Group will be held in a public session format except for the review of individual grant applications which will be conducted in closed session.

7. Adjournment.
