COMPASS Undergraduate Program

By combining hands-on research opportunities with strategic and structured mentorship experiences, COMPASS (Creating Opportunities through Mentorship and Partnership Across Stem Cell Science) prepares a diverse group of undergraduate students for careers in regenerative medicine. The program creates paths to a spectrum of careers that are not always apparent to students in the academic, undergraduate environment.

COMPASS develops and implements novel strategies to recognize and foster untapped talent. When a diverse group of young scientists comes to the lab bench, their combined perspectives can lead to new and valuable insights into the challenges of regenerative medicine.
