The CIRM Creativity Awards support summer internship programs that introduce high school students to stem cell science and foster the next generation of scientists. This year, we decided to let the students tell their own stories about life in the lab and their hopes for the future. During the course of their internships, we’ve asked them to submit YouTube videos as well asĀ Instagram photos and a blog about their experience.
In this video, the Creativity Awards high school interns at The Scripps Research Institute get creative by producing a music video parodying “Hit Me Baby One More Time” (Britney Spears) for our CIRM project.
