  1. Call to Order (welcoming remarks of regional representatives, if so desired.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Informational presentations by and dialogue with industry representatives.
  4. Schedule and timeline for future meetings and reports back to ICOC.
  5. Public Comment.
  6. Adjournment.
